As a graduate of the University of Northern Iowa in 2004, Eric has primarily worked in the sports/fitness industry. Eric received his degree in the Physical Therapists Assistant program in 2010. He enjoys working with a wide variety of age ranges from young athletes to geriatrics and tailors each program to fit all their needs. Eric has recently received his certification to become a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and would like to continue his passion of sports by training athletes of all levels. Eric and his wife, Kari, have a daughter Avary who just turned one in September. Eric enjoys watching his daughter grow up, playing sand volleyball and participating in several races around Des Moines for charitable benefits. His latest endeavor will be completing a triathlon in 2011.
