How we differ from the rest.
Long gone are the days where bicep curls and bench press constitute a training program. Along with working as physical therapists, all of the trainers at JPT have extensive training with functional biomechanics. This understanding allows us to develop a specific training regimen, no matter where you are physically, that will maximize your skills on the court, field, diamond or whatever playing surface you wish to dominate!

1 on 1 Sports Training
Each athlete will undergo an initial musculoskeletal exam looking for specific areas to improve. They will also be taught functional, sport-specific exercises and given a home program to follow on the days between training sessions. Nutritional advice, including the use of legal supplements, can be discussed at the client's request.

What To Expect
Our goal as trainers is to prepare athletes to play their sport better, or for a longer period of time. Since risk of injury is inherent with sports we must continually create an environment that pushes you harder than you did yesterday. This prepares you for the demands of high level athletics. The workouts will be difficult. They will press you not only to develop physically but mentally as well.
